Celebrity Skincare Secrets Uncovered Because We Know You're Curious

Some celebs are so flawless it seems like they must have some magic potion they have to apply every full moon to stay looking so good.

Lucky for us, there's no magic involved, though some celebrities do go to great lengths to keep their skin poreless and wrinkle-free.

We found the best and most interesting tips from the most gorgeous women in Hollywood, plus their favorite products.

Give their routines a try and who knows, maybe you're on your way to having the radiant skin of the stars.

Kerry Washington

Believe it or not, Kerry used to struggle with bad eczema. In an interview with In Style she explained that to clear her skin, she focuses more on nutrition than fancy creams. Kerry takes fish oil supplements, drinks lots of green juice, and avoids dairy. For makeup, she keeps it light, wearing just concealer, but piling on the mascara.

Sounds easy enough. Except avoiding dairy. That might be a dealbreaker for us.

Miranda Kerr

Miranda likes to keep things positive and organic in her life and that carries over into her skin routine. She loves alkaline water and cold pressed green juice for nutrition and balance. Every night, she'll cleanse with an organic cleanser, spray a citrus face mist, and moisturize. Plus, she swears by rose hip oil. In an interview with Into the Gloss, Miranda says she used rose hip oil all over her body when she was pregnant and didn't get a single stretch mark! And she had a ten pound baby, so you know that stuff's legit.

You can find Miranda's favorite moisturizers and cleansers from her own skincare line, Kora. If you're looking for her miracle rose hip oil, we've got it here.

Chrissy Teigen

Chrissy Teigen is the coolest model ever and is never shy about sharing everything about her life. Turns out that Chrissy is not as fussy about her skin as you might think. In Refinery 29, she talks about only being obsessed with skin when she's traveling.

"When I travel is when I take the best care of my skin because I have all the time in the world, and can put on every cream," said Teigen. "But, when I come home after a long day, I’m not great about keeping everything up — the serums, the lotions, and the potions that I have — sometimes, I don’t even wash my face."

It's nice to know that we're not alone with getting lazy with our skin around bedtime.

Chrissy absolutely loves Shani Darden's Retinol Reform for unclogging pores. She says she always gets compliments the day after she uses it. Chrissy would probably get compliments no matter what, but if you're looking for a serum that smoothes out wrinkles and reduces pores, it's worth a try.

Zendaya's skin is always on point and looks effortlessly gorgeous. It's probably because she keeps it so simple.

In Seventeen, Zendaya said she used to go a little heavy on the make up and learned to enjoy a more natural look. Now, she keeps make up light and natural to showcase her stellar skin.

Her skin care routine is just as easy. "I use makeup-removing wipes, a really good, lightweight moisturizer, and Carmex for my lips. You can't have chapped lips!"

Most of Zendaya's favorite products can all be found in a drugstore and won't cost you a months rent. She loves Neutrogena Makeup Removing Cleansing Towelettes, Clinique Moisturizing Gel, and regular old Carmex for a $1.99.

Jennifer Lopez

Jennifer Lopez is 46 and it looks like she's barely aged since Selena. Known for having the most glowing, radiant skin, J-Lo devotes a lot of her time to keeping it that way.

Her routine is all about lifestyle. She never tans, doesn't drink alcohol, smoke, or have caffeine. Jennifer eats lots of leafy greens and cruciferous vegetables. Overall, her biggest tip is to be nice. In an interview with Redbook, she said "I feel like at the core, it's like how you feel inside and who you are inside kind of shows on your face."

Great! We'll start being nice right now. We'll stop drinking coffee tomorrow...or the next day.

Kate Middleton

This real life Princess manages to keep up her royal appearance in every pic. But, she has the most unusual beauty secret of everyone on the list.

Before her wedding, Kate got into bee venom masks. That's not some kind of cute name, it's a mask with actual bee venom. The stinging agent plumps up the skin and helps fill fine lines.

Apparently many celebrities swear by this from Gwyneth Paltrow to Victoria Beckham. Deborah Mitchell, the go-to bee venom esthetician who patented this technique told the Daily Mail that Kate loves the masks and alternates between using an at home cream and in person masks.

If you're curious to see what happens when you put venom on your face, you can use Deborah Mitchell's Princess approved mask.
